Occidental Royal Hideaway Ensenachos
 
On our first trip to Cuba we stayed at the Occidental Royal Hideaway and had such a good time we went again four months later and are going again May 2010. We were looking for a Resort that was adult only and far away from the busy popular area of Varadero. We wanted something different and we found this resort so perfect for us we have decided to make it our regular vacation spot. If you want constant entertainment you will have to look elsewhere, if you want beauty, perfect beaches and pools and a quiet relaxing vacation this is the place to be. There is entertainment here but it is not over done, they have a huge theatre whre they put on shows every night and there is a really cute disco with up to date music. They also have shows in the Lobby. The difference is that your not constantley bonbarded with loud music or bothered by entertainers. The food is very good here, as everyone knows Cuba does not have the best food but at this resort it is way better than most i've had. The staff are amazing, the grounds are spectacular, the rooms are always cleaned and very well kept. We have nothing bad to say about this place because for us we didn't expect perfection and we got more than we ever thought we would. If I had to say one thing that is a negative and we dont think it is it would be the hour drive to the Island from the airport. Some people don't like it but we enjoy it because you go through many little Cuban towns and you get to see how people live. Its an excursion all it's own. We can't wait to go back to this resort in May.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

The hotel reservations require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in EURO currency and your bill will state: www.ctnres.com. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.

Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
If you cancel the reservation 72 hours before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of 15.00 EURO for administration fees. If you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay for no-show charges.

We will not make refunds to credit cards, other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process refund within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.

Accommodation is usually available from 14.30hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11h00 hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel. Rates are inclusive of value added tax.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and availability, some errors might still occur. Once aware of such incidents we will make all reasonable effort to advise you within 48 business hours of the booking being made. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund all monies paid, but this of course will be without any liability to you.
