I stayed 4 month in this wonderful casa, so in the beginning I paid 20 cuc/night for a single room - but after some month I only had to pay 15/night.

My review: I stayed for a very long time in this casa particular and got to know the family very well. Its a very cosy house and it really feels like a home, they give you excactly as much privacy as you prefer and are always there for you if you ever need them. They even helped me with things as going to the hospital, finding cabs in the beginning of my stay, correcting my homeworks and so on. They are just fantastic! The lady of the house is Isi, and she lives there with her husband, their daughter and oncle. Three rooms are for renting and they are living in the other part of the house, but the kitchen is still kind of in the middle - which makes it very easy to always be able to chat a little. They are very good at letting you see the cuban every-day life and invites you with their open arms.

How was your room?: I had a big room all by myself and it was amazing. It has fan, refrigerator, air conditioner, closet, bathtub - everything. It also had a big window for letting in some light.

How was the food they offer?: The food was amazing. In general, cuban food is not that good - but this family cooks amazing food! They are also very good at offering vegetarian and vegan alternatives, and talking care of allergies as well. Not once during my four month stay I got bad or food that I didn't like. She's also very good at asking the guests what they like. Her fish is catched in the neighbourhood and the pasta is amazing.

Other comments: I would recommend anyone to choose this casa, old or young - doesnt matter. This casa is just simply perfect!
