Casa Adrian
My review: His mother cooks some wonderful, plentiful meals, some of the best in Cuba- try the fish! The house is sparkling clean in a quiet location and a quick walk to the malecon. Would definitely stay here again.
Casa Adrian is a great place to stay when your in Baracoa - the room was clean, the bed comfy and the shower excellent. The food cooked by Adrian's mum is amazing - with real Baracoan flair - spices and herbs and very interesting. The location is great, a quick stroll into town - good for when you come home from the local Trova bar late at night!
Adrian is very good English and is quite helpful in explaining the local site , is a great guy to chat to and we have a special memory conversing on modern Cuban life, his interests in film and documentaries after dinner one evening.

Casa Adrian
My review: This was one of our favourite casas in the whole of Cuba. Adrian and his family were very welcoming. His mother was one of the best, if not the best cook we had! Adrian speaks English very well, and was very helpful. We came to Baracoa a few days early and he was nice enough to book us with another casa for a our first 2 days. This is definitely THE place to stay in Baracoa. Adrian also was very helpful in providing information about where to go and what to see in and around Baracoa.
Casa specifics: Quiet, Fantastic hosts, Comfortable, Hidden gem, Roomy, Beautiful, Safe, Garden, Children in the house, Patio
Amenities: Airconditioning, Private bathroom, Laundry service, Garden, Ceiling fan, Breakfast service, Dinner service, Queensize bed, Extra bed available, Bathroom with shower, Private parking
How was your room?: Our room was very big with plenty of sleeping options. There was a queen size bed and two twin beds. Our room had an attached private bathroom, and we were free to use the living room as we pleased. We took full advantage of the hammock hanging in the garden. It was wonderful to sit & read or just enjoy the fresh air out in the yard.
How was the food they offer?: The food was amazing! I can not praise the cooking here enough! Big portions, lots of variety. I think this was the best cooking we had in Cuba.
Other services they offer: Laundry service was offered, although we didn't use it. And we could park our car outside of the casa for no charge and no hassle.
Other comments: I would come back to this casa in Baracoa in a heartbeat. Adrian and his family were fabulous hosts. I really can't say a single bad thing about this casa. Go and enjoy!!!

Casa Adrian
We absolutely loved staying with Adrian and his wonderful family. And we guarantee you, that you will be enveloped in love and kindness in this hospitable home. It's a true family affair, with three generations looking after you, and both Adrian and his sister, Ayanny speak fluent English and will help with any queries you might have. Also, the meals are fantastic, so we never went out to dine in Baracoa. We will be back, as soon as we possibly can we left our hearts with this family!

Casa Adrian
I would recommend Adrian’s house to everyone.
Adrian is a great guy! I enjoyed a lot taking to him. Well educated and smart. He speaks very good English, just in case your Spanish isn’t that good.
His mother and sister serve the best dinner you like that evening. And always with a smile.
I felt myself at home there, that next time I visit Baracoa for sure I stay again at Adrian’s casa!
Also Baracoa was for me the best place I ever visited in Cuba. Very special and different from all the other places I’ve been.
Together with a stay for 5 to 6 days with Adrian and his family I assure you won’t regret it.
I already want to go back as I’m writing this!

Casa Adrian
Adrian picked me up from the Baracoa airport holding up a sign with my name on it, organised to get us to his house. We went to Baracoa by domestic flight from Havanna as a second destination and Adrian helped us organise every other Casa particular we visited around the country, making sure we got the best. Food was excellent, fresh fish, salads and vegetables fit for a king. Very comfortable spacious room with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and a lovely garden for relaxing.
