The owner probably changed, I doubt if it is a regular casa now, the only casa I didn't sign the blue book. Rooms are ok but rather small, low-ceilinged!
Very few water running.
Too expensive for 30 CUC !

good location - all other things are bad: small, very dirty rooms, loud rooms. Much too expensive - there are better casas in a same good location for the same money !!!!
and: if you do a reservation there, you can not be sure that a room will be free ! Thats my experience with the casa (and I arrived after midnight for the first time in Havanna and (although the reservation was confirmed !) had to hear: Sorry, but .......... )

Dauli was lovely. she was the best guide we could wished for. On the other had Avelio (the landlord) was mentally unstable.
It was great value for money
Casa style: Colonial, No frills,
How was your room?: good size bedroom and quite a good price. Although, there are better options for the same price around
Other comments: No kidding the landlord was a bit crazy

We stayed at the casa for 2 nights (from 5th to 7th of December) and enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, food was excellent and the hosts really nice and friendly! Many thanks and Merry Christmas from Finland!
