Located in downtown Holguin, casa particular Maria Elena Pereda Rojas is the perfect place to enjoy everything Holguin has to offer! Just a few steps separate you from various shops, ATM (accepts VISA) and several restaurants. This casa particular is also less than an hour driving from the famous beaches of Guardalavaca. Unlike other casas, it casa offers a complete apartment with private entrance. You can enjoy your own private living room with TV and DVD player, a kitchen with stove, fridge, all cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. Towels are provided for the private bathroom (with shower). The bedroom has an air conditioning and 110V outlets and 220V outlets. The rest of the house is equipped with 110V outlets. The apartment is very safe because the door of the complex is locked every night. The main entrance door of the apartment also has locks as well as a fence outside. Your host, Dr. Maria Elena Rojas Pereda change bedding and towels frequently! In addition, a total cleaning of the casa is done every 2 days.

Casa Dra. Maria Elena

My review: I have nothing but good things to say about this casa.
We stayed here two times, upon arrival and the day before we left.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and private. You have your own little building, set aside from the main house. Breakfast is great! You'll get your own key.
It was the best casa we visited in Cuba.
Maria is a great and lovely woman. She is a doctor working in the hospital and she will help you at all times. The main park is ten minutes walking.
Unfortunally I did not take any pictures.
