Hotel Pernik, Holguin
My review: I`ve booked for a double room in Pernik Hotel from 15 June to 18 June.
I would NOt recommand this Hotel.
The receptionist at night giving me a hard time.
He didn't allowed to check in my girlfriend because when I checked inn I was alone and not with her.
He wanted me to pay 45 CUC extra. I told him that I `ve already paid for two people.
I 've told the receptionist to pay the difference of 15 CUC for an extra person. He didn't accept that.
My girlfriends warns me to pay with credit cards. Then suddenly he said; we don't have a room available. THE HOTEL IS FULL.
Also that morning I try to cancell the booking and wanted to call to the travel agnecy in Havana. The receptionista told me, that morning, they dont have an outside line. Strange, that later other people could make a telephone call.
I came back to this Hotel again for the very friendly and helpful Mister Wilson but now, after this experience, I never want to go back again to this Hotel.
How was your room?: The room was ok.
How was the food the offer?: VEry basic. But that is in all Cuba.
