The majority of the five star resorts in Varadero are located at the peninsula strip. There are 3 adults only resorts in Varadero; Melia Las Americas, Bella Costa and the Sandals Royal Hicacos. For families with children we recommend the 5 star Melia Varadero and Iberostar Varadero.

Varadero four star hotels

Probably your best bet, that will say, if you want a good resort for a reasonable price and some service book a four star resort.
The four star resorts are located all over Varadero in the eastern downtown area and also on the long peninsula strip.
For couples we recommend the Melia Las Antillas and famililies with children best stay at the Sol Club Sirenas

Varadero three star hotels

You can not compare a three star resort in Varadero with three star hotels in other countries, in Cuba a 3 star is more or less a budget hotel. Check out the reviews on Tripadvisor, we have copied a link to Tripadvisor at each hotel page to make it easy for you. Personally we love the Club Karey because of its layed down hacienda like atmosfere.

Varadero two star budget hotels

Varadero also has some low budget two star hotels to offer. Your best bet is Hotel Pullman or Hotel Dos Mares, both, like all budget hotels, located downtown Varadero, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. But if you are really on a budget maybe you better choose a casa particular in Varadero.
