The house is in the outskirts of Vinales, calm and quiet but still close to everything. It is a new Casa. The room is nice and clean and has got two queensize beds. It has it's own entrance and a nice terrace with a beautiful view over the mountains. There is a private bathroom with air condition and a private bathroom with shower (warm and cold water).
We can help you with excursions to the countryside (horse riding), to the beach and much more.
The family is very nice and help you with everything, they always have a solution if you have a problem. Fantastic hosts!

VILLA DIOGENES

My review: I spent three days in this house and thanks to the kindness of Diogenes, his wife and his daughter Daynet, I felt like one of the family. I still remember the amazing breakfasts with tropical fruit and fresh fruit juices freshly squeezed; and what about dinner? abundant and tasty. Diogenes and daughter will help you to arrange tours and find casas particulares in every corner of Cuba.

Villa Diogenes

My review: The casa is located close to the city centre (7 min walk), right next to this amazing landscape. We actually wanted to stay at the neighbour's casa, but as they were already booked, they offered us the neighbour's casa, where we stayed and had a great time! Both, Villa Diogenes and Villa Leibys y Papito El Zapatero, are great! Super friendly casa owners who helped us with everything we needed, amazing view at the mountains, including sunrise and sunset! The daughter, Daynet, organizes for you all excursions, calls out for a taxi colectivo and whatever you want to do or need. The food was very delicious (see above).
We did a horseback-riding-tour, a tour to the most interesting sights and we spent a day at Cayo Jutías, all organized by Daynet, the daughter.
How was your room?: We had an A/C, own toilet and bathroom, two queen-size-beds
How was the food they offer?: The food was excellent! Breakfast was usually too much for us (fruits, juices, coffee, sandwhich, bread), for dinner we had lobster, chicken, fish, pork, everything homemade with different soups, sides, fruits and the best mojito in Cuba (seriously, nowhere else such a good mojito!! They offer as well other cocktails).

Villa Diogenes

My review: The nicest cassa I stayed in during my trip to Cuba. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of privacy. The family are extremely helpful and made every effort to help us. Get your breakfast and dinner in this cassa. We ate fish, chicken and lobster while we were there. It's only a short walk to the heart of Vinales town. Our separate dwellings looked out on farmland and was very peaceful.
How was your room?: Two queen sized beds. Well air conditioned. Private bathroom with a lovely showe.
How was the food they offer?: The best meals I had in Cuba
Other services they offer: They sent over a lady who organises activities in Vinales which was very convenient.
Other comments: Very kind and helpful people here. Also very patient with us and our little Spanish.

My review: It was a lovely place. It was in the outskirt of Vinales so it was calm and quiet. The host, a young girl who lives there with her parents is very nice and does everything to make you feel welcome.
How was your room?: It was nice and clean and had two queensize beds. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. There was hot water in the shower. You have a nice view over the garden and the mountains from one of the windows.
How was the food they offer?: It was really good. Lots of food and well cooked. We had to ask for the recipe for their black beans, best we had in Cuba.
Other services they offer: They can help you with most things. They know people if you want to make excursions, like horse riding with a guide or rent bicycles. They seem to have a solution to everything.
Other comments: As we speak Spanish we don't know how good her english is, but she is well educated.
