1st casa - 1830 Colonial home, with the comfort and modern conveniences, located at #1 Calle Galdós, heart of historic downtown and adjacent to the Office of the Curator of the City. At 150 meters from "Plaza Mayor" and the Church "Holy Trinity". It has a vast colonial room, two air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, hot and cold water 24 hours, Codina, dining room and patio. It offers breakfast and dinner on request.
The price per room is 25.00 CUC low season and high season 30.00 CUC. If you rent one room and want the house exclusively for you it is possible.

2nd casa - If you would like to chat and meet a Cuban family, you can stay at our house, Rosario #212, at 150 meters from the historic center. Built in 1920, adjacent to the theater "La Caridad", large patio, spacious and air-conditioned.

Both casas are offering catering services, with varied dishes Trinitarian Cuban and international. The price of breakfast, varied, wide and plentiful is 5.00 CUC per person and dinner varies between 8.00 and 15.00 CUC, under the election. Among others, have parking service, transfer "in-out", specialized guided tours, bike rentals, a hair salon, massage and other facilities. Customers of our hostels enjoy special discounts on the best art galleries in the city.

Hostal Martica y Jose

My review: With Martica and Jose you book a full-service stay that couldn't be more cordial or enjoyable. They have two houses in Trinidad. We stayed in their guest house, where they have two rooms for rent. So if you're lucky, you get the whole beautiful colonial house to yourself. It's a 5 minutes walk to the Plaza Mayor, where the Casa de la Musica is (great night time entertainment even though it means you can hear the music till your room, which didn't disturb us at all but might be an obstacle for more noise-sensitive guests). We found the central location in the otherwise quiet street perfect.

How was your room?: Our room on the upper level was very nice with a queensize bed. Upon request they add an extra bed for more comfort. The bathroom with shower looks brandnew. There's a big built-in wardrobe, too.
How was the food they offer?: THE BEST FOOD IN CUBA! Seriously, don't miss out on Martica's dinner. It was the most delicous thing we have eaten in a long time and totally competes with a great European Restaurant (we had chosen seafood and fish. Starters were a delicious tuna cream and the Cuban frijoles.). Plus, Jose does a delicious Cuba Libre as an aperitive. They join you for dinner and they are great hosts, striking up interesting conversations.
Other services they offer: They will help you with anything. They organised last-minute trips for us, as well as taxi rides and even called our next casa (the whole world seems to be Jose's amigo ;) )to make sure we'd be warmly welcomed there.
Other comments: Great casa in central Trinidad, most friendly hosts and the best dinner you'll have on your whole trip. Stay there!
