Hostal Rosa De Saron
My review: A Jewel in disguise! Don't miss Trinidad or this House. The Hosts, Barbaro y Tomasa were great. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Both rooms were nice, with patios and views. Great patio for meals and visiting. They both went out of there way to make us feel at home. They had coffee waiting outside our room every morning. The food was delicious, especially the Lobster. Very clean and comfortable and they also made special arragements to take us to the beach and bus station. I would definitely go back!

Hostel Rosa de Saron
My review: We only stayed for one night but really enjoyed that time. The family was really nice and we really enjoyed the food, especially the fish. The room is good and clean and so is the bathroom. Trinidad is quite loud and hectic in the street so it was nice to have a balcony to watch and Listen from. I would definitely recommend this place.

My review: Right away Barbaro and Tomasa became like family to us. They were very helpful with the history of Trinidad and worked very hard at making us feel at home.

How was your room?: The room was spotless and the shower was great. We had hot water 24 hours a day. They even provided Coffee at 6:00 AM in the morning.
How was the food they offer?: They offered much more than we expected. The first night there, we opted to eat out but that was a mistake. The restaurent was good but the food was much better at Rosa de Saron. The second night we had lobster and it was fantastic. Barbaro is a Chef and a darn good one at that.
Other services they offer: They arranged to have a friend take us to the beach and it was beautiful. Check out the photos. Barbaro also helped us with the bus station. Seems that they reserved seats for two people and forgot about the two other people with us and we paid on the internet for the total that we owed. At the last second we got our seats and didn't have to wait another day for another bus.

Hostal Rosa de Saron
My review: This casa was recommended and proved to be exactly as promised. Tomasa and Barbaro are the perfect welcoming hosts. Their English is good and they are happy to help with information and explanations about Cuba and its culture. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the location is perfect - not far from the centre but away from the noise. They are constantly trying to improve the facilities for their guests. All in all, professional but, above all, friendly. I would always recommend this house.

Other comments: This family is very honest, helpful and friendly. The house is spotless. It's like a home from home.

Casa Hostal Rosa de Saron
My review: You could not want for better hosts. They are attentive, professional and fun. The beds are comfortable and the food excellent. I have stayed there again and again and am treated like one of the family.

How was your room?: I have stayed in both rooms. They are spacious, comfortable and clean, with their own balconies.
How was the food they offer?: Tomasa is a wonderful cook and only cooks what her guests will like.
Other services they offer: They both speak English and are very knowledgeable about Trinidad and the surrounding area.
