My review: Glenda and Emma is very nice persons. We stayed 5 nights. Good location, perfect accommodation, excellent host. Breakfast was very good. We strongly recommend you !

My review: Best place we stayed in our seven week stay in Cuba. It is a two bedroom independent apartment with kitchen, living room, front and rear terrace as well as roof top access to hang clothes. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They will provide meals if you like or will show you where to purchase food if you wish to cook yourself. They have no extra hidden costs once you settle on a price. The hosts can set you up on local tours but are not at all pressuring. Highly recommend the place

How was your room?: Very clean, air conditioning in both and comfortable. Hosts clean daily.

How was the food they offer?: Fantastic

My review: I have met the owner Maria Elena at the bus stop.
She told me about her new casa particular.It is a whole appartment fully equiped.
I went to visit one afternoon,and saw a brand new casa duplex style. She has the bottow of the house and rents the second floor.
There is a seperate entrance, that leads to stairs and then to a very nice small terrace.

I then entered in the kitchen with has a refrigerator and what ever is needed for cooking. It is very sunny and clear in the kitchen. Then the bedrrom which features a queen size bed and room to hang clothing. Then a full bathroom and a TV room.
I rented for a few days and will go back in june.
I enjoyed my stay at Hostal La Vergara.

How was your room?: My bedroom was fine with enough space.

How was the food they offer?: I did not eat at the casa that first time.

Other comments: They are a nice family that make you feel at home.

My review: The best Casa I stayed in Cuba... Clara and Jorge won't disappoint you.
How was your room?: Comfortable, clean, spacious with a bathroom inside, AC and a radio.
How was the food they offer?: The presentation was great and the taste of it amazing!
Other services they offer: Parking in front of the house
Other comments: Just the best place to stay in Trinidad. They're humble, professionals, educated and they make you feel like home.

My review: We were met at the bus station by Lisy who was very friendly and welcoming. The casa is approximately a ten minute walk from the bus station and about the same from the Plaza Mayor. The home currently offers one room but for the 2015 season they are building another room upstairs with a terrace. Overall, the casa is quiet,cool,clean and very relaxing.Eating can be done in the small courtyard or in the dining room. Nighttime was quiet. The casa is owned by a young family who are working hard to make a go of things and have done well. Highly recommended.

How was your room?: The room was very comfortable with 2 beds, a clean bathroom with shower,sink,toilet and hot and cold water.Fan and air-con were also provided along with a main room light and 2 reading lights.

How was the food they offer?: The food offered was excellent. Breakfast included fruit,cheese,bread,ham and tortilla(=omelette)if requested.Juices,hot water,tea and coffee were also on the table. Dinner was also excellent:soup,salad,a main course (choice of chicken, fish,pork) and dessert. Well cooked and well presented. Cold drinks were also on offer. Overall,very high quality.

Other services they offer: Amilkar speaks English and as he works at a bar at Playa Ancon is used to helping tourists.Offers included tours,taxi to Playa Ancon,etc.

Other comments: There are many casa available in Trinidad. We liked this one for the friendly family,excellent food and very good accommodations.

My review: Fidel and Gladys were excellent hosts and more importantly to us, treated us like good friends. Very lovely people. This s a heritage building several centuries old with 20 foot ceilings. They are on Calle Vincente, just off the Plaza Mayor. We would stay there any time.
