My review: House address was recomended from another casa particolar's owner in Santa Clara. The two owner of this casa particular were very kind person and did everything to make our stay as much confortable as possible. The atmosphere was confortable, relaxing and home style, very friendly and perfect in all its aspect.
Casa specifics: Quiet, Fantastic hosts, Comfortable, Safe, Patio
Amenities: Airconditioning, Private bathroom, Minibar, Breakfast service, Dinner service, Bathroom with shower
How was your room?: Rooms were clean and confortable, with AC and ceiling fan. Private bathroom was clean as well and refrigerator in the room well provided of water and beers.
How was the food they offer?: The offered us fantastic food cuban style, with entries, vegetables, soup, and a maini dish of lobster, shrimps, fish or chiken or pork at our choise. After that fruit was included and cake too. We had dinner on the terrace outside in a very confortable and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing more can be asked!
Other services they offer: House owner suggested us places to go and gave us precise instruction how to reach them (very very precious information, without them it wuold be impossible to reach the beaches we wanted to go. Priceless.
Other comments: We planned to stay only one day in Remedios, but at the end we stayed 3 days for the great hospitality and good services.

My review: Absolutely fantastic! As two girls travelling during Remedios's largest festival, Parrandas (top 3 Caribbean festival) we wanted to go but needed somewhere safe and therefore not too far away to walk home at night. This was a perfect location, two minutes from the main square and fantastic to safely watch all of the fireworks that are going off!
Haydee and Juan were wonderful. They helped us plan our days so we could visit two separate beaches near the town and let us use their internet (which is a massive deal in Cuba and extremely rare to find in a Casa Particular).
All in all we had a wonderful time, fantastic hosts and perfect location. They even got us Christmas presents which was just so sweet!

How was your room?: The room was extremely big with two double beds, private bathroom and our own entrance too.
How was the food they offer?: The food was fantastic and they even made some great dishes for vegetarians as well as having some good cheese and wine! They also made a fantastic Christmas dinner which we really appreciated so that we didn't feel homesick.
Other comments: Attending the Christmas festival was the best choice we made. It made anything previously witnessed on 4th July in USA or 5th November seem pitiful!
The fireworks, music, floats and overall atmosphere is not to be missed! All ages can enjoy and the casa was close enough so if you wanted to pop home to watch the fireworks for a bit you could. Couldn't find a fault!
