If you wish to rent only one (1) room your privacy will be respected.

The house is located in the residential area of "El Vedado", founded in 1877 by the bourgeoisie of the time, standing out for its development and coexisting architectural works of great patrimonial value designed by the best architects, boasting high landscaping and artistic values, with plenty of green areas, including gardens, parks and free spaces, with the Revolution Square, the Colombus Cemetery and the Coppelia ice cream store among its highlights. It also has wide streets and avenues, including the 23th, the Presidents and the Paseo avenues, Linea Street and the Malecon, which is a seaside walk where you can enjoy the breeze of the Caribbean Sea.
