Casa Los Balcones
We would love to host you in our apartment on the 4th floor of a beautiful historic building located on Calle Compostela in between Muralla and Sol. In the heart of Old Havana, we are surrounded by parks, plazas, restaurants, bars, and museums. We are only a brief walk, XX meters, from Plaza Vieja and many of the most impressive historical landmarks in Havana. The whole top floor and rooftop terrace is yours. It is being renovated but still has spectacular views of all of Havana Vieja with tables and chairs for your use! There is no elevator, so if you have any difficulties with stairs please let us know. We will however be there regardless to carry your luggage up to the apartment. When you arrive we will also brief you on your surroundings and the best places to go. The apartment will be cleaned every day and we are always available to help you with any information you may need or available to answer any questions you may have. The apartment has three bedrooms with a silent AC split and ceiling fan in each. French doors open out to a balcony in each room and there are two bathrooms in the hallway. The fourth room is a bedroom suite with three balconies and its own private bathroom. The apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with optional breakfast for $5 a person. We have fire alarms, memory foam mattresses, safes for security, and mini-bars to keep your beer cold! We hope you'll love our beautiful, clean sun-lit rooms. You have the entire apartment to yourself and I am available for anything you need. We want you to enjoy Havana for the incredible beauty it offers and we are there to make sure you do! We can't wait to host you!!

It is a colonial house built in 1905, situated only 50 m from the Russian Orthodox Cathedral, in a picturesque area, calm, clean and safe.
The rooms are more than 5 m high and decorated in colonial style, and the house is preserved in perfect conditions, maintaining the characteristics of the époque. The house offers great comfort and an overall sensation of well-being.
A short and pleasant walk will take you to the prettiest historical and colonial places in Old Havana (La Habana Vieja), such as Plaza Vieja, Plaza Central, La Catedral de La Habana, the convents of San Francisco de Asis, Belen and Convento de Santa Clara, La Alameda de Paula, Obispo street and the famous restaurants Floridita y Bodeguita del Medio. A few more steps and you will have already reached the Capitolio of Havana, Paseo del Prado and the main museums of Cuba.
Many of the restaurants in the area offer traditional Cuban food, but “Brina Hostal” is offering breakfast and dinner for good prices and with excellent taste. The house has three rooms to accommodate guests. Each room has air conditioning, two ventilators, a double bed and a single bed. Even without the air conditioning, the rooms are not too hot and have a pleasant temperature due to the big windows in colonial style, which facilitate air circulation.
Two of the rooms (#1 y#2) share a common bathroom, and the other one (#3) has a private bathroom in the room. The showers have hot and cold water 24 hours. The price of the room is $30cuc, to be paid upon arrival. We do not accept payments in travellers’ checks, nor bank transfers.
Ms. Leonor together to their parents Sergio and Miriam, they will happily prepare for you a delicious breakfasts with coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice, bread, butter, eggs, salads, sweet potatoes, and a plate with three or four types of tropical fruit.
