Casa Etienne y Guillermo
Three 2 bedroom private apartments for rent in the heart of Old Havana. Situated beside the famous Chocolate Factory beside the historic Catheoral Square and near San Francisco Square. This area is full of history, shops and relaxed atmosphere. Only two blocks from Central Havana and walking distance to Plaza Capitola.
These casa are completely privat. The owners live near by. Two apartments are on 3rd floor and one apartment on the 4th floor. They are owned by the same family. Etienne and is wife are medical doctors. They speak good English and are very friendly. There is no breakfast but the apartments are equiped with a kitchen and there are a lot of good restaurants and cafe's in the street and in the area that serve all meals at very moderate prices compared to Europe and Canada. The casa owners offer to do your laundery for fair price. The casas are cleaned every 3 days with new sheets and towels. All rooms are air contitioned and all apartments are equiped with a fan, tv, sofas, and bathroom with showers.
The casa owners can get you a good deal on all kinds of services and the can get you into contact to a good english speaking guide called Jesus.

There are many restaurants offers too where you can choose that of your preference in the varied types of food. The restaurant Don Lorenzo, Los Nardos and el Criollo are the gastronomic nearest offers to the lodging where you can enjoy the traditional Cuban foods. The house have two rooms each one has air conditioning, fan, private barhroom inside the room with shower of cold water and heat the 24 hrs, with a double bed and a simple one each, . It also own television and refrigerator.
