Beautiful casa particular located in a qiuet nice neighborhood behind Parque Josone. An ideal casa to stay for a family with kids. The independent casa particular of David and Deimys is a large house with 3 bedrooms, a fenced huge garden with grass to play on and even bigger mango tree and nice outside shower for refreshing when you come back from the beach Ten minutes from the beach, a lovely walk across Varadero's Parque Josone. This part of the beach also has a nice ranchon with food and drinks.

CASA DAVID Y DEIMYS

My review: Very poor casa, gentleman was very unfriendly and not interested in our tree degree. No breakfast (we traveled with 3 children onde 5 years and then it is best at, unfortunately we haden already taken the room when he proclaimed that. The room was very small.
Worst casa we visited during our 24 days trip in cuba.
Only advantage of this casa was the spacious garden.

We paid 90 CUCs per night for the whole casa, which consisted of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining area, kitchen and patio/garden. We stayed there for 12 nights.

Casa David y Deimys

My review: The casa was ideal for what we required. My wife and I had one bedroom, our two teenage children another and my father in law occupied the third. The casa was clean and well furnished, had air conditioning in all bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, was located in a safe residential neighbourhood and it was only five minutes walk from the beach. It is ideal for families as it is close to two parks, as well as the beach, one a traditional park with lakes, cafes etc, and the other a fair ground type of park.

How was your room?: The bedrooms were a good size, clean and well furnished. Two of them shared a shower/wc and the third had its own on suite shower/wc.

How was the food they offer?: We didn't eat any of their own food, except the delicious ripe mangos that he gave us from the garden and the occasional snack he also gave us. However, they were very hellpful in arranging take-aways to be delivered or securing various foods at good prices.

Other services they offer: David was extremely helpful with anything we wanted and would advise us about anything we needed. His English was good, having lived in Canada for several years, and this was very helpful for me although my wife being from Cuba originally spoke to him mainly in Spanish.
I should add that on arrival at the bus station in Varadero, David met us with two taxis, one an open top 1920s Ford, that took us to his house, all at his expense!

My review: we stayed at the casa 16 nights. very clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. Two blocks from beach, backs onto Josone Park. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful. we would give this casa 4.5 stars.
