Jorge and Nadia should be running a resort. Best seafood on their rooftop dining area, they make their own sausage and its FANTASTIC and the Mojitos are accompanied by great discussions.... Strongly recommend the coffee! We arrived with gifts for local kids and they pulled together a pueblo party so we could give everything away! Thanks Cuba Junky. We are now addicted to Cuba! The rooms are great and even better than the 4 star resort I stayed at in Varadero. Jorge is an Engineer and he has customized them to fit everybody's need.
Above all of this Jorge and Nadia is two of the best people I have ever met in my life. For example when we arrived at their Casa it was around 10 PM and I asked Jorge if he could get us some fresh chicken for dinner instead of the pork that they had available and the only think he said was "no problem" and he made at least 15 phone calls to find Us fresh chicken at that time and at the end we had some great dinner.
I would give Casa Jorge O Nadia 12 out of 10

bright room with a comfortable double bed, although they can
also move in a small single bed.
Across the main road from a rocky beach, air-conditioning,
private bathroom, locked gate for car security, use of garden,
breakfast and dinner if you want it (fresh eggs from their
own chickens!)
It
is on the main street, but quiet enough (especially with air
conditioning on) as the room is at the back of the house.
Main floor, no stairs.
